7-week Fitness Power Walking Program
Fridays at 6Pm Sept 17-Oct 29 (includes 3 personal trainign sessions for new clients only)
Couch to 5K – Coached 8-week Clinic – Earlybird Special $79 ($89 regular after March 28)
Starts June 15 – Jul 23 – Coached by Joanne Merrett
- Couch to 5km running / walking program with outdoor strength training.
- Number of individuals for pod limited to 8
- Fridays at 6PM for beginners, 7PM for 5k and beyond intermediates
- Other educational tutorials on proper running gear, shoes, nutrition, running gate, drills, etc
- Location – meet at the gym (leave gear and change )
- Confederation park/Jacques Cartier Park, etc for running drills, outdoor strength workouts, etc
- Running program based on time (to keep it inclusive of skill) learn to run program with walk breaks working up to a full 5km.
