  • Group classes (up to 10 participants)
  • Semi-Private PODS (Boxing, Cycling, Strength) – (up to 5 participants)
  • Personal Training (one-on-one or partner)
  • Add-ons (PODs include group class access. Personal Training subscribers may add classes for $25/mo)
